Summer is over, school is starting, fall weather ... well ... fall weather seems like its going to take a while to get here.  

But there are a lot of things brewing for this season.  Grandparents Day is this Sunday (Sept 13), Baptism is in 2 weeks (Sept 20), the Retreat is in a month (Oct 2-4), Baja Ministry is right after that (Oct 10-11).  Small groups are re-gathering for their new year, the Choir is refreshing their vocal chords, and Bible study in Revelation is starting soon.

We will also be starting our Fall sermon series this Sunday, looking at the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5-7. The Sermon on the Mount is the longest of Jesus' teaching, one of the most widely quoted sections of Scripture, and has been called the "greatest moral document of all time".   But it's not just a stuffy old ancient document.  The Sermon on the Mount is rich, relevant teaching for our lives today. Join us on Sundays as we learn how to live, from the timeless words of Jesus.
