I hope this finds you well! For this week's Drive-Thru, we will be partnering with Salo-Salo Grill once again! For those of you that came through last time, I know things didn't go as well as we had hoped. However, we are ready and determined to make this one go as smoothly as possible! Here's the info:

When: Saturday, May 16^th from 4:00-5:30 PM 

Where: Cerritos Baptist Church

Menu: 2 Options

1. The Family Pack - $55 (5 adults)

• Lumpiang Shanghai (15 pieces of deep-fried pork eggrolls)
• Beef Mami (Beef noodle soup)
• Bihon Guisado (Rice noodles w/ chicken, sausage, shrimp, fishballs, & vegetables)
• Garlic Fried Rice (Steamed rice available by request)
• Platter:
  • Lechon Kawali (Deep fried pork belly with crispy rinds)
  • Chicken BBQ (Four skewers of marinated grilled chicken)
  • Pork BBQ (Four skewers of marinated grilled pork)
  • Mango Salad (Chopped tomatoes, onions, mangos, & cilantro w/ side of shrimp paste)

2. The Duo Pack - $25(2 adults)

• Lumpiang Shanghai - 6 pieces of deep-fried pork eggrolls
• Beef Mami (Beef noodle soup) 
• Chicken and Pork BBQ (2 skewers of each)
• Lechon Kawali - Deep fried pork belly with crispy rinds
• Garlic Fried Rice (Steamed rice available by request)

3. Optional Add-On: Fried Calimari - $10

How It Works: 

1. CLICK HERE to place your order and pick-up time.
• Pick-up times will be in 5 min. increments to ensure social distancing.
• Cutoff time for orders will be Thursday at 10 PM.

2. When arriving for pick-up, you will driveup to the pick-up booth, provide your name, and the food will be placed in your vehicle ‘drive-thru’ style.  

3. Payment can be made via cash (preferred) or Venmo (Mark Escalante - @Maaarke). If paying by cash, please place it in an envelope and leave it in a designated location in your vehicle (i.e. backseat, trunk, etc.) to ensure a touchless transaction. If paying with Venmo, please send it before pick-up.
