Just as we do every year, we will be participating in the Olive Crest Backpack Drive this summer. Olive Crest serves the needs of abused and at-risk children and youth throughout LA County.  

You can share the love of God by filling a backpack with needed school supplies, and help a child or teen start the school year with confidence.  Involve your family, and help your kids develop compassion for those in need.  Or make it a group project and involve your small group or friends.

You can purchase your own backpack and fill it, OR you can purchase one from us for $6 on Sunday, July 17 or 24.  Here is a list of suggested items for each age group.

Please label your backpack with age and gender, and return it to CBC by August 7th.  After that, you can deliver it to Olive Crest on your own.
