Bring Some Dumbbells!
If possible, please bring a pair of single arm dumbbells. I recommend somewhere in the range of 5-15 pounds for women, and 10-20 pounds for men. Dicks, Big 5 and Amazon occassionally have them in stock. Craigslist and Offerup are also good resources.
All fitness levels are welcome!
