As Senior Pastor, Erik Kakimoto is passionate about realizing God’s vision for CBC to be a place where everyone can experience the love and grace of God and people. He is a true people-person, and his friendliness makes everyone feel welcome and glad to be at church. Erik attended CBC as a youth, and returned to the church to serve as a pastor in 2010. He is a UCLA alum, and received his Masters of Divinity degree from Talbot Theological Seminary.
Erik and his wife Amber have two children, Karly and Katey. In addition to them, he loves donuts, mountain biking, and watching movies.
