The Desk ministry is continuing to build desks for students in need in our community, and has been asked to build a hundred desks for inner-city students!  

You're invited to a building party on Saturday, April 17th, at church, from 10 am - 2 pm or so.  

Help is needed for drilling, sanding (legs and tops), leg assembly, and final assembly.  You don't need to be an advanced woodworker to help; there will be tasks for every skill level (bring your kids!), or you can be a support person, helping keep the workers supplied and refreshed.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. We will observe social distancing and ask you to wear a face mask.  

Come and work for however long you can, but do let us know so we can order the right amount of lunch.  Please RSVP to Dan Lee by Thursday April 15 for lunch, and to find out what tools to bring.
