Here is another exciting opportunity to enjoy a great meal and support one of our own, Mark Escalante, and his family’s restaurant, Salo-Salo Grill!

Menu: 2 Options 

1. The Family Pack - $55 (5 adults)

• Appetizer: Calamares Fritos (Deep fried crispy squid rings)
• Soup: Large order of Beef Mami (Beef noodle soup)
• Noodles: Beef Canton (Egg noodles with beef, shrimp, fish-balls, & vegetables)
• Platter: Lechon Kawali (Deep fried pork belly with crispy rinds), Inihaw na Manok (Half bone-in chicken grilled, brushed with BBQ sauce), Pork BBQ (Four skewers of marinated grilled pork), Mango Salad (Chopped tomatoes, onions, mangos, and cilantro served with a side of shrimp paste)

2. The Duo Pack - $25 (2 adults - select 2 meat plates, 2 seafood plates, or 1 of each)

• Includes two sides of Beef Mami (Beef noodle soup)
• Meat Plate: Includes one skewer each of pork, beef, and chicken, as well as one grilled rib, three pieces of fried pork eggrolls, and a side of garlic fried rice (steamed rice available by request)
• Seafood Plate: Includes battered deep-fried squid rings, shrimp, swai filet, fish-balls, two pieces of shrimp eggrolls, and a side of garlic fried rice (steamed rice available by request).

How It Works:

1. CLICK HERE to place your order and pick-up time.
• Pick-up times will be in 5 min. increments to ensure social distancing.
• Cutoff time for orders will be Friday at 12 Noon.

2. When arriving for pick-up, you will drive up to the pick-up booth, provide your name, and the food will be placed in your vehicle ‘drive-thru’ style. 

3. Payment can be made via cash (preferred) or Venmo (Mark Escalante - @Maaarke). If paying by cash, please place it in an envelope and leave it in a designated location in your vehicle (i.e. backseat, trunk, etc.) to ensure a touchless transaction. If paying with Venmo, please send it before pick-up.
