Why does discipleship matter?  Because God loves people. 

What will it look like if we do it well?  We will be known by our love (John 13:35).

Questions to think about and discuss: 

1. If you consider CBC your church, what do you love about CBC? What do you think are the best things about our church? 

2. How would making discipleship our highest priority change your experience of church?  How does that challenge you, or scare you?  What temptations (e.g., your needs, wants, well-being, comfort) do you need to overcome in order to want that? 

3. How does the idea of making discipleship your highest priority appeal to you, or excite you?  How does God’s love for you, and for all people, motivate you?  

4. What could our church look like if we commit to discipleship? What do you hope you will look like in 10 or 20 or 30 years if you make discipleship your highest priority?  Use your imagination and dream big!
