After you view the service, here are a few questions to think about and discuss with your family or small group:

1. What is your response to Romans 8:1: “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”? What does that make you think about? How does it make you feel? How does it apply to future judgment (i.e., in Romans 2)?

2. The Law could show us how to be genuinely devoted to God, but couldn’t help us do it. How do you think the Holy Spirit is different from the Law? 

3. What do you think 2 Peter 1:3 means when it says we have been given everything we need for a godly life? How is this godly life different from being perfect?  Do you have confidence that you have what you need to overcome sin and live for God?

4. In the lifelong process of spiritual growth, how can the Holy Spirit help you grow in your relationship with God - in your thinking, behavior, choices, and how you live? Share any examples from your experience of the power and victory of the Holy Spirit.
