Pray for Japan

March 11th, 2015 marks the 4th anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami off the coast of Tohoku, Japan. The number 4 is not a good number to the Japanese because in their language it sounds like the word for “death”. This year especially we want to remember those who are still suffering from all they lost and who need the hope of Jesus who conquered death once and for all.

On Wednesday, March 11th from 7:30-8:30pm we will be gathering to pray for the people of Japan. Those in our church who have served in Japan will be sharing and leading us in a time of prayer. We will also have a time for you to participate in a few simple activities that focus our prayers on the Japanese people. Adults, collegians, youth and older children are welcome!
